Our award-winning designer duo, Mary Jean Cipro of Thomas Sattler Homes and Kaimee Martelli of Enchanted Kitchens, teamed up on a stunning custom home in The Preserve at Greenwood Village that is turning heads. This kitchen was designed around the bustling lifestyle of an active family of six. Home-cooked meals are an important centerpiece to gather the family together, so we designed an over-sized kitchen island that would serve as an intimate eating area for everyday use, leaving the dining table in the nook for more formal meals with guests.

The island features a beverage fridge in order to keep foot traffic and guests out of the efficient “work triangle” while meals are being prepared. The island also houses the usual dishwasher, disposal and microwave drawer, as well as an array of organizational cabinet features to optimize space and convenience. The counter showcases a large quartz slab with matte black cabinets that compliment the two-toned HI+lo theme by Cipro and Martelli.
